Swage Nipples
Swage Nipples (Concentric and Eccentric)
Swage nipples are used for small diameter pipe connections and are a type of pipe nipple. They are available in:
- Concentric swage nipples (centered)
- Eccentric swage nipples (offset)
These fittings connect two pipes of different sizes and are typically used in high-pressure systems. They are manufactured in various grades like:
- Carbon Steel: ASTM A105, A106, A234, A694
- Stainless Steel: ASTM A182 F304, F316
- Alloy Steel: ASTM A182 F11, F22
They comply with standards such as ANSI B16.9, MSS SP-95, ASTM A403, and more.
Swage nipples are available with different end connections:
- Plain Ends
- Beveled Ends
- Threaded Ends (NPT / BSPT)
They are designed to handle high pressure and temperature and are suitable for hydraulic, chemical, and industrial applications.
